What sets the Cookie Program apart from other weight loss programs?
This program really is revolutionary. The cookies automatically re-train the eating habits of our clients by eating six small meals in the form of the cookie (shake, muffin, soup or pudding) throughout the day. The cookies, combined with adequate water intake, a substantial, healthy evening meal, and the proper nutritional vitamins and supplements, allow our clients to reach their goals quickly and safely. The program has been developed to be successful with regard to convenience and ease. The Smart for Life™ Weight Management Program does not involve calorie counting, contracts, toting large food packages or dieting. Instead, the plan promotes behavioral and lifestyle changes along with an immediate positive psychological and emotional impact as clients lose weight quickly and safely. The delicious Smart Cookies are manufactured in an AIB certified facility, feature all-natural and 60% organic ingredients and do not have preservatives.
How fast can one lose weight on the Smart for Life™ Weight Management Program?
A compliant client can expect to lose up to 15 pounds every four weeks. However, results vary from person to person.
How does the cookie work?
The cookie features a blend of proprietary protein, fiber and amino acids which are naturally filling and hunger-suppressing. The cookies are all-natural, contain no additives or toxic preservatives like many other diet foods.
Are there any alternatives to the cookies?
We also feature shakes, muffin, soup and puddings which may be used in place of a cookie. These products also contain proprietary protein, fiber, amino acids and functional ingredients. For example, the puddings contain 2 cutting-edge functional ingredients - Plant Sterols and Enriched Chicory Inulin, that according to the FDA, builds bones and decrease heart disease. All foods use triple filtered water and healthy, organic ingredients that enable clients to experience a detoxing effect simply by eating Smart for Life™ foods.
How do Smart for Life™ Weight Management Program clients maintain their weight loss?
We have a unique philosophy about "maintenance". It is our belief that a client begins "maintenance" from the first day that they start our program. This is achieved by the nature of the program itself which requires clients to come into our centers for weekly weigh-in and body composition checks as well as a doctor consultation at least once a month thereby creating behavior reinforcement. The cookies themselves shift eating behavior so that clients are eating several smaller, high protein meals each day which most nutritionists recommend as the proper way to eat. Additionally, during each visit, we educate our clients with the most up-to-date scientifically based health information. By the time our clients have achieved their goal weight, they are well-armed with the tools they need to keep their weight off.
What is the company's commitment to the environment?
Smart for Life™ Weight Management Centers is constantly working with suppliers in order to protect its commitment to the environment. From a philosophical angle, the company makes decisions not just from a financial aspect, but also commits to suppliers that are certified organic and environmentally conscious. For example, suppliers are asked questions regarding the use of ethanol versus fossil fuel in order to make an impact on the ethical stance the company takes to state "Good for You, Good for the World". Constantly reviewing processes and materials, the company is currently reviewing environmentally-safe options for waste removal.
